Booking Forms

When a new lead comes into BOOKING, when I hit "convert to lead" It does not capture all the ino they typed in i.e. The details of sq footage, bedrrom & bathroom and any special requests...does not transfer so need to cut and paste

Customers could be able to rate services in the follow-up email or text. If they give a positive rating it redirects them to Google, if they give a poor review it gives them the option to contact the office to resolve the issue.

Would like to make this a required field at the time of booking.

Would love to have the option of having multiple forms, to customize for the type of job. Maintenance cleaning, moving out clean, cleaning commercial building

Notify me immediately so I do not need to sign into my emails to know I have a new booking that needs to be assigned.

Be able to add a second booking form for cases where a house cleaning company may have a carpet cleaning service as well
