This would be so helpful. Lots of people don’t leave the address. When I call back, I’ve had to start asking for the address first because if I don’t, I go through getting all the info about what they want, quoting them, putting them in the calendar only to find out they live outside my service area. Or they are in the service area, but they decide not to book and end the call. Now I don’t have the address to snail mail market.
