This is a great conversion tool for bookings and it would be great if Zenmaid had an option to add a booking form option like this.

Be able to add sections to "Other Notes" area
My Other Notes area is very jumbled together. It would be very helpful to be able to separate things into sections so it's easier to understand.

Separate Residential and Commercial text/emails
I have times where I need to send email reminders to residential clients but have to use the template and time frame that I use for my commercial clients. If we can have two separate sections that are the same but one is for Residential and one is for Commercial it would make my life so much easier.

Pets Option/Quantity on booking form
Pets option for customer to choose if they have pets or not, and what kind they have. The ability to have the price change if they have pets. Quantity option on extra services for things like how many windows? Price per window option or flat charge for all.

Welcome letter for all current customers
A letter to explain to your current customers that you are moving to Zenmaid. Explaining the benefit like text reminders recurring appointments etc

Link booking form to the schedule
It would be nice to have the ability to block off our schedule in the booking form. To prevent double, triple booking.

Booking Form Calendar with actual available times
It would be nice if the booking form calendar had a way for customers to see what times we're available based on our schedule. We're still a small company and can only do one cleaning at a time. It would be nice if their appointment for initial walkthrough was automatically confirmed for when we're available. Currently, we have the calendar disabled then we have to email them our availability along with the estimate.
