Unassigned Client still receive clean reminders

I was hoping this can be a easy fix on the team. Why are unassigned clients receiving reminders if they don't have a cleaner assigned. I wonder if there is a way to add an option to toggle this on our off.

Unassigned clients should absolutely still be receiving their SMS reminders, the two are completely unrelated. Are you certain this was not due to the status of the appointment, which would affect it?
If you are certain, please contact support@zenmaid.com with more details as that would definitely make this a bug!
