Training new hires is imperative to providing proper service to all of our clients, and we’re actively exploring better options through Waybook or Trainual. Ideally, this is what we’re looking for:

Training & Onboarding

-Step-by-step training guides for new hires

-Trainers must be able to see trainee progress and leave notes

-Trainees should be able to check off tasks and leave comments

SOP & Safety Material Management

-Store and organize all cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and updates

-Include images, PDFs, and videos

-Progress & Compliance Tracking

-Track which team members completed what

-Use quizzes or acknowledgments for safety and compliance materials

-Require re-review after updates (version control)

Team Collaboration

-Multiple trainers/supervisors must be able to collaborate on trainee progress

-View and add notes in real time or near-real time

Mobile Access

-Team members primarily use phones in the field, so clean mobile usability is essential

I can honestly see ZenMaid becoming the #1 platform in our industry— it already is. Having everything we need in one spot, including training and SOP tools, would be beyond amazing.

I know you and your team work incredibly hard, and I truly appreciate it. I’m excited to see what improvements come next. Just saying—this is very important in my opinion, and I know other cleaning business owners would absolutely love it too
