It would be super helpful to have a simple way to track staff absences in ZenMaid - maybe a log or summary view that shows how many sick days or time-off entries each cleaner has had over a set period (like 3 or 6 months).

Right now we’re keeping a separate Google Sheet for this so we can review reliability and attendance patterns during staff reviews, but it would be great if ZenMaid could show that info directly in the system or in the reporting tab.

Is there already something like this built in, or could it be added to the development list?
