We are looking for a more interactive way to communicate between managers within Zenmaid. Is it possible for "tagging" of cleaners in appointment notes? For example, we'd love a simple process for I create a new client profile and am somehow able to assign the lead to my co-owner who manages the appointment details and staff and would be notified upon login that she has a new client who needs scheduled.
