Send a "Completed" Message

It would be helpful if this feature could be used selectively with desired appointments/clients, similar to the OTW text. We won't be able to use this new feature because it is not appropriate for many of our clients.

Elizabeth Whitley: Yes, you can use this. Just tell your cleaners which clients they can send it to and which they can't :-)
Unfortunately it's unlikely that we'll build in some sort of limiter that's used by your office staff but if you want to suggest this as a new feature (create a new feature request on this board) we can consider it if enough others want.
Not making any promises though!

Amar Ghose: It was my understanding that this feature is one that, when turned on, automates for all clients. It was communicated to me that if the feature is turned on in my account, the "Job Completed" message is automatically sent to the client when the employee clocks out of the job, and that the employee does not initiate the sending of that message in the same way they initiate the sending of the OMW message. If the employee does, in fact, initiate the sending of the "Job Completed" message, it is a feature we will be able to use since we will have control over which customers receive it and which do not.

I would love this feature as well. It will definitely help the clients that want to know when we are finished. My techs constantly text me to text the client and it would be easier for it to be sent directly from the app like the OMW text.

This would be huge! With COVID, we have clients that leave when we are there cleaning and want us to let them know when we are done. Huge hassle to get a text from each cleaner, stop what I am doing and notify the client. I do not want my employees texting or calling clients from their personal cells.

If Zen Maid had this 'completed message' built in as a automatic text to customers, this would be a game changer. For both our businesses and clients. Save time for the business and also provide communication to our clients if they're not at home when our cleaners finish.
