A question for those of you who have voted/commented on this:
I don't know we would be comfortable sending messages automatically because ZenMaid does not always know whether you've been paid yet or not (if they pay by check and you don't mark it as paid for example) - how would you like us to deal with this situation?

Amar Ghose: Reminders via text messages would help tremendously as sometimes the invoice/reminders via email gets missed. Im always having to contact the clients (idk if it’s just my clients but it gets annoying) As for the sending messages automatically, I’m sure most of us would mark as paid whether it was by check or any other payment method for tax purposes… I always mark as paid for the emails that are already sent automatically. If not marked as paid we cannot see our financial income, isn’t that true for most of us?
If for example it wasn’t marked as paid, and still was sending payment reminders (could make it so the reminders get sent to the zenmaid user also, to remind to mark as paid or to notify that the client still been marked as not paid (to mark as paid) like how we receive text messages for the next days bookings.. 🤷♀️
I don’t know, what does everyone else think? I don’t know how hard this would be to set up so I’m just shooting ideas 🤣

Amar Ghose: I thought of it, too. However, that's why Zenmaid is great. It shows us who didn't pay. Usually, I adjust payment status as soon as possible because it helps with my accounting, too. So if we could set up on our own how and when we want to trigger this message, it would be great.

Payment reminder is definitely something that could make my weekly chores easier. Weirdly its more affluent clients that take their sweet time to pay. And it's always awkward to reach out to them directly, so this is something we really are looking forward to.

PLEASE.... although most of us bill automatically to a card on file, or have a system in place to bill automatically if not paid by such a date. it would still be nice for the auto reminder.
