I think it would be great if we could enter the date the invoice is paid because they dont always get paid same day. thanks

Absolutely agree, I have found a work around using zapier and custom fields to create a report on the day an invoice is paid. This is needed to reconcile our account. Do not understand why this is not available. If you have an invoice feature you need to be able to track payments paid not all businesses use predominantly credit card payments.
