As cleaning businesses grow, it becomes increasingly difficult to remember every client and cleaner relationship.
I would love to see a feature where, when assigning a cleaner to a job, ZenMaid displays:
⭐ Preferred Cleaner(s)
🚫 Restricted / Do Not Assign Cleaner(s)
For example, some clients may have had a less-than-ideal experience with a specific cleaner, may have requested someone else, or there may simply be a personality mismatch. In these situations, we never want to accidentally send that cleaner back to the same client.
Currently, this information can be stored in notes, but notes are not always practical to check when rescheduling jobs, replacing cleaners due to sick leave, or making quick assignment decisions.
My suggestion would be:
• A star icon for preferred cleaners
• A red warning icon for cleaners who should not be assigned
• The warning visible directly in the Assign Cleaner screen
• Optional pop-up confirmation if a restricted cleaner is selected
This would help prevent mistakes, improve client retention, and save office staff from having to remember hundreds of individual preferences.
For larger teams especially, this could be a huge quality-of-service improvement.
