New features are great but not completely helpful

The checklists: the staff fills them out and we cannot read them or somehow share them with the client. It allows me to see just a little of it and I cannot scroll down to see the rest. Being able to share this with the client would be invaluable.
Tip feature: It does not transfer over to the payroll report? So we still have to track it manually which makes it even harder than just pulling from our square report that we connect to our "cleaning complete" text. We created a serate square link just for tips. Would love to be able to have these tips go directly into the "extras section" for the client that tipped and when we run payroll is shows.
Cleaner Availability and PTO Days: We Log them but there is nothing showing on the schedule that they aren't available and still allows us to book them. I know it can show on that little hoover over tool but this doesn't help when we aren't in the calendar checking on each day. If we have that they are off a block it would be nice to show up on the actual schedule.

Critical issue with the “Cleaner Availability” feature. Right now, it’s practically unusable and defeats its own purpose.
Here’s the problem:
Even when a cleaner is marked as unavailable on a specific date, I’m still able to assign them to a job on that day. This not only creates confusion but also prevents me from clearly seeing which team members are actually available. It completely undermines the point of having a cleaner availability feature in the first place.
Worse yet, this breaks the functionality of the Spot Finder tool as well, since it relies on accurate availability data. If a cleaner marked as unavailable still appears as an option, it defeats the entire system.
Please fix this. The current implementation makes planning and scheduling unreliable, and this core feature is far too important to be left in a broken state.

Totally agree on the Cleaner Availability. We're still using fake appointments so this feature isn't helping us at all in it's current form.

yes yes yes....we havent started using any of the financial side of this like the collecting payments or payroll....after a bad experience going all in with another service, i'm terrified. but zenmaid has been great and we are dipping our toes in slowly.
but the cleaner availability is a huge one for us as well. I love that they have this feedback forum. they're doing a great job bringing updates & improvements

Laura Pleasant I LOVE their payroll its so simple!! Once the payroll is run, go back in and click view, then top right actions, then Print and it shows you a really easy view to then put it into your payroll software (we use Gusto) or how ever you do it! Easy Peasy! We set up CC on field with clients and charge all at the end of the day. Invoices we only use for commercial clients who prefer ACH or checks.

Paige Collins i like the payroll feature but i dont like how it does not integrate with my quick books online and populate automatically as an expense. I would also like to see an option with payroll where my cleaners can review there hours and approve there hours or request or report discrepancies before overall payroll approval. Aaaaand we need a break option on the clock in & out page for long jobs that go beyond 5 or 6 hours.
