Janitorial Side with different features

This app and software works great but needs separate janitorial features to be efficient for both sides of my business. Janitorial clients do not need the reminders or pricing for every cleaning. The current resolves for these types of issues are time consuming and not very practical. You can get around these issues if you aren't using the invoicing or payment options but quite difficult otherwise. It would also be nice to have separate reports available for Residential and Janitorial clients.

Yes. Agreed. I need to seperate the thpe of automations received by different client types. We do turn off the automated emails and texts for the client all together to stop so many messages going to them. But with service autopilot, we could organize each type of client and then schedule automations depending on the client type. That might have been the only good thing about thst service. I would love to see that option here. Zenmaid has been great for us, just need a few tweaks. But love that they are constantly doing updates
