Key features needed:

Automatic tracking of referrals tied to client profiles

Auto-apply rewards to future bookings (e.g., discounts, free cleans, added extras, credit balance)

Dashboard to view who referred who, reward status, and redemptions

Optional: Tiered or milestone-based rewards (e.g., 3 referrals = free clean)

This would save time, reduce manual tracking, and boost word-of-mouth growth.
