Improved field view schedule & timer

Instead of tucking the notes into the appointment, it would be so helpful if our team could view ALL the information inside that appointment, laid out like a sheet of paper (if that makes sense). I feel this would improve efficiency and would avoid any confusion or cause people to miss notes because they didn't go through so many steps to get to customer notes. I recently thought of switching CRM and tested another system, which had a nicer layout for cleaners. They even had a countdown clock-in feature that consistently kept running to hold cleaners accountable if they went over.
