I told staff we would be sending auto emails out asking for a rating, and I told them each staff will have an average score. We would give prizes and we can use their score to assist with determining the employee of the month/quarter etc. Only I realised after, it only gives the company an average score, not the cleaners. This would be a really useful feature, because it adds a challenge for staff almost like a game for them. Constantly trying to improve their score - therefore improving morale
