Amar Ghose: Managing employee birthdays seems better suited to an employer's Outlook or other company calendar, not for the scheduling software. I worry about ZM building out features that seem to be outside the scope of focus for the software, especially when so many other germane issues require attention such as data exports and scheduling functionality.
