I think it would be a great feature for you to be able to put in staff availability or even better the staff can do this themselves so when it comes to scheduling it is much easier to see who is available

The App we used before Zen Maids, allowed my staff to add there own availability for the weeks ahead is this something that you can do?

I have different staff available at different times/days, or requested leave and with everything else I have to do I can sometimes forget when Im doing the schedule. Ive seen on other software you can "blank out" times or days for employees so the wont be scheduled on. If there is a way to do this I just haven't found it yet and Im sorry.

Would like to have a way to indicate in the calender when a staff member is unavailable and that would then prevent us from assigning them at that time/day.
