I would LOVE the ability to attach an interactive "to do" list to each appointment for the cleaner to check off. This would be a great way to ensure that cleaners are following their duties without forgetting anything, and I am able to see a checked off list. It would be nice if the lists can be "client specific" as every client may have different needs or asks. In addition, the ability to add completion photos to these live lists would be fantastic as well. Another software company that I utilize for airbnb cleanings is breezeway, and they have the ability to do all of these things. I think zenmaid would be extremely powerful in the cleaning software community if it had a feature similar to this. i would be happy to discuss in more detail if interested. thank you, Liz

We really need appointment checklist to improve QC for our staff!

I currently use the free version of this app instead of paid service for one main reason, the current app i user offers customizable forms, checklis, add photos/ videos, and even obtain client signatures. Once that's done, my crew submits the form for my approval. I download as a pdf and send the report to my clients and my clients LOVE that feature. I would be all in if this app offered that feature.

I think it would be a good addition to Zenmaid to have a checklist that the cleaner can complete themselves

It would be nice if there were a checklist included under each contact or at least an option for it so that techs are required to complete a checklist before finishing the job.
