I need to know alot of details in my booking form. I love the Bedroom and Bathroom slider, but i also need one for all rooms. ex, Kitchens (sometimes people have multiple), half bathrooms, living rooms, dining rooms (again, people can have multiples), hallways/stairs, extra rooms like laundry room, etc.

The reason for this, is because i charge based off rooms. if they want 2 out of 4 rooms to be cleaned in a home, they can slide or check that many rooms to be cleaned.
