So for eg. Add a new text to be sent 48 hour after service/48 hours before service saying ....

To be able to add as many automations as you want and create your own variations and names.

We will not be allowing users to create and send their own templates for a few reasons, but you'll be happy to know we're working on adding more templates to the system

So if you tell us what you want, we can potentially add the specific templates you want! :-)
