the feature you are trialling isnt helpful unless we can visually see on the roster, blacked out times for staffs available hours.
i understand when an appointment is made with the current feature it will prompt the staffs unavailable, but when we are looking for a spare appointment i cant see when each staff is actually free to start or has to finish

I DO AGREE. its a great feature but without seeing some sort of marking on the calendar its hard to get a quick SNAP SHOT when a client is on the phone. currently we have a fake client called "Needs Filed" we spend tme each week putting this fake client on all the open availability spots that way when a client calls i can simply look and see that next Monday has about 8 available hours and the exact time of day it is. otherwise i have to click the availability block on the calendar and try to see how many useable hours there really is.
when i say usable hours thats because there is unscheduled time between houses added into your available hours which truly isn't available. there is also .5 or so hours for each tech when their schedule isn't perfectly efficient.
in the end your availability tool tells me i have 20 available hours but in that maybe only one tech has a real 8 hours available because the rest are a culmination of .5 here and there that are not truly available hours.
