Please create a workflow to automate and email / SMS to clients once we hit archived. We find that we often get double and triple bookings and having to manually reach out to the client and let them know we are unable to service the appointment is quite time consuming especially when we have to go into the appointment request and archive it anyway.
Could be something really simple like:
"Unfortunately we are fully booked at this time and are unable to service the requested appointment time at XYZ time on XYZ date. Please message us with a preferred time on MOBILE or via EMAIL."
