1. Maybe make a default option in zenmaid to send a single sms to a new customer after their first clean, with a message saying they can click on this FEEDBACK link at any time in the future to leave a review on their cleaner and overall service as suggested.
  2. Please also say in the message if they have a really good experience, please remember to come back to this sms, click the link and leave an appreciation review!
  3. Once they finish the review, have a message pop up, asking if they would be happy for this review to be shared by their cleaning company, on their website/social media.
  4. Also give options where they can either allow this to be anonymous, or just use their first name, or first and last name, or whether to show how long they’ve been a customer, whether to show what suburb they are in, whether to add a rating out of 5.) This way can automate the process of gathering positive reviews that can be used for marketing.
  5. Also add the default option to automatically send a sms to long time customers (1 year +) that have never used this feedback link function before, to remind them to give an appreciation review. If they’re a long time customer then they should like the service right and leave good reviews right? Genuine positive reviews from our customers and automatically getting their permission to share their review with others will be a really good way to increase marketing effectiveness.
