We have the notes section and the custom fields but what would be helpful is a mandatory alert that would pop up upon log in for cleaners to read any new notes or requests for specific appointments for the day. For instance, we have reoccurring jobs that require us to address certain tasks every other visit. So if i can apply that into an attention note that is alerted to cleaners on the day of the job that today they need to clean the ADU unit. Or today they need to wash the duvet covers.
