Allow Deposits & Remaining Balances Within a Single Appointment

Deposits are extremely common in the cleaning industry, especially for commercial clients, move-out cleans, first-time services, and large jobs. Currently, ZenMaid requires users to create a separate appointment solely to collect a deposit, and then a second appointment to collect the remaining balance.
This workaround creates several challenges:
-Cluttered calendars with “non-service” appointments
-Confusion for clients who receive reminders for deposit-only appointments if we dont turn off reminders
-Extra administrative work for office staff
-Increased risk of errors when managing billing and reminders
Proposed Improvement:
-Allow users to:
-Set a deposit amount within a single appointment
-Apply the remaining balance to that same appointment
Why This Matters:
This enhancement would:
-Better reflect real-world cleaning workflows
-Reduce scheduling and billing friction
-Improve the customer experience
-Save time for growing cleaning companies managing high volumes of bookings
Deposits are a standard business practice, and supporting them natively within one appointment would make ZenMaid significantly more efficient and competitive for service-based businesses.
