Additional Customer Status Entries

Right now we're limited to Former, Recuring, and One Time. It would be nice to have custom statuses, or at least a "On Hold". Due to the recent pandemic, we have a number of customers in which we've cancelled their recurring appointments, which forces them to "Former", but we'd like to set them as something unique, such as "On Hold" so we can identify them for marketing.

Loved that, but in addition to that would be great to have a functionality from NOT contacted lead to then contacted lead but not yet converted to the client or former client. Something like "unsuccessful" or "contact later client". This will help inputing many more leads and filter whom is converted to the client and whom has been contacted, but not serviced yet. Something like in transitioning mode.

You can add custom statuses already! Go to your calendar settings ;-)

Amar Ghose: Not custom status for appointments, custom customer type. I called it customer status, but on the contact lists it's just labeled as type. Mainly so I can segment paused customers from actual former customer. This would help with segmenting customers for marketing purposes. I can see a need to mark some customers as "Moved", "Paused", etc etc. I'd prefer not to delete customers that have moved out of state, etc, but be able to segment them so I don't market to all "Former Customers".
