Right now, users have to manually type in their answers, and that really slows things down — many of them simply drop off. Having predefined options or a dropdown makes the process way easier and much smoother.

For cleaning businesses (like ours), this would be a huge help. We often need to collect specific details from clients, and giving them quick choices instead of typing everything saves time for both sides and reduces confusion.

Technically, this feature is very simple to implement — it won’t take much effort, but it’ll bring a big improvement in user experience and conversion.
